The Inter-relationship between Real Estate and Cadastral Science : An Investigation Study on the Curriculum of Majoring in Real Estate

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The aims of this study were to correlation between the Real Estate and the Cadastral science by investigation and analysing the curriculum of majoring in Real Estate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to achieve the objective of this study, theories and previous studies related to Real Estate, Cadastral Science, and It&quot;s correlation were reviewed. And investigation study on the curriculum of majoring in Real Estate, coexistence between the principles of cadastral science and that of real estate disciplines.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of the investigation by the above study scope and methods are summarized as follows After studying, We figured out that in the case of university, 27 real estate have been established. Among the 15 real estate have curriculums related to the science of cadastral. On the other hand, in the case of college, 34 real estate have been established. Among them 21 real estate have curriculums related to the science of cadastral.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The presented curriculum structure of cadastral science in Real Estate system Public Announced Law in Real Estate(cadastral Law), Land Management Theory, cadastral Surveying.
