A Comparative Study on Component Concerning the Expertise of Real Estate-Public Officials by Relative Importance Analysis

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is aimed at understanding the component that expertise recognized by public officials to look for raising their expertise.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to perform a study on component concerning expertise were reviewed. And the questionnaire was expertise the consciousness public officials. And the major statistical methods used for this research were relative importance analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;For this study, the questionnaires were given to 110 Real Estate-public officials, 109 general public officials, and 117 customers who are working, residual city hall of Gwang-Gu metropolitan, Jeon-Nam area to conduce a survey.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The relative importance analysis results are as follows. The rank of importance are ① real estate public officials and general public officials : knowledge-experience-ethic-regulation-value system. ② customer : knowledge-ethic-experience-regulation-value system.
