CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Grasp the Land Price of 66 unit area in Seoul metropolitan and Spatial Structure of Seoul metropolitan through Land Price<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; 1. analysis on the actual condition of Seoul metropolitan<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. analysis on the the difference of unit area in Seoul metropolitan<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. analysis on the center point and movement of center point<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. analysis on the the inclination<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Concentration was going on in the Seoul metropolitan area before 2005. which led to the restructuring of the national spatial structure. That is, a macroscopic concentration towards the Seoul metropolitan area occurred in the 2000s.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;the government polices to restrain the concentration in the Seoul metropolitan area and encourage the growth of main cities in provinces were non- effective.
