Research Focus on CALL Classroom Environments

This paper provides a rationale for exploring CALL classroom environments by reviewing CALL research. Seminal learning environment studies claimed that learning could be fully understood only when it was examined within classroom contexts. However, while many papers address this theme, there is currently little empirical research that explores CALL classroom environments. In the light of this, this paper introduces eight conditions to be considered for the research on CALL classroom environments.
