16주간의 Pilates 프로그램이 여중생의 신체적 자기효능감과 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

The effect caused by Pilate Program for 16 weeks to physical self-efficacy of female mid-school students and their physical strength

&nbsp;&nbsp;An experiment has been put in effect with the following constraints.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1. sampled two groups. The one is 50 female students in exercise and the other is 50 in control, who belongs to all the second grade in the G midle school in B-gu, B-metropolitan city<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. experiment put in effect : They were put in effect of Pilates exercise program. The number of experiment times are 6-20 times by 3-6 sets for 60 minites per day every 3 weeks for 16 weeks.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. monitored the change of their physical self-efficacy and physical strength with an analysis program, SPSS ver. 11.0.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. analyzed the result and concluded as below<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;1) It is turned out that the group in exercise has more positive change then in control in the point of physical cognizance ability of self-efficacy and self-esteem of self-expression.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2) The group in exercise has excellent change of physical strength, such measures as %fat, 1.200m run/walk, sit-and-reach test and modified sit-up. However, the group of control are slow in 1.200m run/walk and has reduced results in modified sit-ups.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Between both groups, the group of exercise excels the other in all measurement,<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The effectiveness and possibility about the introduction of Pilates Excercise program to schools is confirmative according to this research.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Piliates program after school reduce hours of exercise and its cost of female shcool students with lack of time because of a lot of study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Piliates program has a lot of merit to enhance their self-efficacy and physical strengh, those who are in the mid of their physical development period, as suitable exercise program.
