대학사회봉사와 지역사회 청소년 봉사인식 개선을 위한 복지교육

University Social Volunteer & the Welfare Education for Recognition Improvement on the Volunteer for the Young in Community

？ 청소년들의 봉사 실천은 가정에서부터 시작되어야 하지만, 그것만으로는 복지활동을 실천하는 데 충분하다고 할 수 없다. 현재처럼 가정기능이 점차 약화되면 복지교육의 기능을 학교교육, 사회교육 속에서 찾을 수밖에 없다. 그러나 그것만으로 반드시 효과를 볼 수 있는 것은 아니다. 아무리 복지교육을 실시하여도 지역사회 전체가 복지교육을 실시하지 않으면 진정한 효과는 볼 수 없다. 결국 청소년 봉사인식 개선을 위한 복지교육은 가정이나 학교에만 그 추진을 맡길 것이 아니라, 대학 및 지역사회가 복지교육 실천을 통해서 연계되고 학교와 지역사회가 연계를 강화해야 한다. 따라서 이 논문의 목적은 사회봉사의 기반이 되는 것이 바로 ‘복지교육’이며 대학 사회봉사단에서는 미래의 지도자로서 대학생 사회봉사활동을 지도하는 일과 미래의 대학생이 될 지역사회 청소년들을 위해 자원봉사 인식을 개선하는 복지교육 어프로치를 함께 수행해야 할 시대적 요구를 수용해야 한다는 점을 제시하였다. 특히 지역사회에서 청소년을 위한 자원봉사 인식을 개선하는 복지교육어프로치로서 대학사회봉사학습 프로그램접근과 평가 실 사례를 통하여 대학사회 봉사단에서 어떻게 지역사회와 밀착하여 접근해야 하는지 그 모델에 대한 함의를 논의해 보고자 한다.

The cost or social problems and the negative consequences are extensive. From a cost-benefit perspective, the interventions the social service system has chosen are extremely costly and highly unproductive for both client and service manager in terms of targets, timing of intervention, ages, and contexts. Social service learning programs must master should provide the focus for intervention from a life-span development perspective. Specially for young welfare Education is appropriate to dealing with the problems of the young. Prevention provides an early developmental focus for intervention, which may forestall development of future programs. A review and analysis of centering social problems underscores the need for cost-effective preventive efforts. Then the personal, social, economic, and political benefits of prevention in community welfare based service are significant. Next should establishment the preventive models of service learning in volunteer corps program of university.
