A Study on the Adaptation of Export Insurance Service for the Development of Trade Practice Risk of the Foreign Trade Law

&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper deal with the development of export insurance service for the export practice risk, and its have base in export insurance system. Development of Export insurance service is 5 parties with export risk. This study focuses on the following subjects. The objective of this conceptual article is to introduce the concept of hope and suggests its risk in local L/C open, trade risk of especial transaction type, risk of overseas strategy goods expect and this article suggest that hope the risk of industry damage relief system, and Risk of damage for trade special action.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore, The results of this paper inspect for export insurance market, and export companies gain competition in global spots, and present developing of export support system.
