E-commerce cooperation between Korea, China and Japan is mutually complementary and is also a win-win strategy that will provide synergy effects to the countries that have strongly dependent trade relationships. However, e-commerce cooperation between the these countries has been poorly progressing.<BR> For the promotion of cooperation, establishment of a long-term plan and strategies; proactive government supports through establishment of regulations and government roles; establishment of a future-oriented community directions between the countries; mutually beneficiary win-win strategies; technical cooperation and system construction through joint research and collaboration; development of safe account settlement systems; construction of a common website for the three countries; training and exchange of experts are required.<BR> The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of E-Commerce to streamline E-Commerce in Northeast Asia.
