뇌과학이론에 기반한 초등문학교육 모형 개발

The Development of a Elementary Literature Education Model Based on Brain Science Theory

  본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 학습자의 초등학교 학습자의 문학 능력 신장을 위하여 뇌과학이론에 기반한 초등문학교육의 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 뇌 기반 초등문학교육의 구성 요소를 목표, 원리, 내용 요소, 방법으로 나누어 살펴보고, 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 과정에 따라 모형을 개발하고 수정하는 과정을 거쳐 최종 모형을 제시하였다. 실험집단에게는 개발된 모형에 의한 문학 수업을 실시하고 통제집단에게는 일반적인 문학 수업을 실시하였다. 실험 후 사후검사를 실시한 결과, 실험집단과 통제집단 사이에 비평과 창작 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 뇌 기반 초등문학교육 모형이 학습자의 문학 능력 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 의미한다. 본 연구는 뇌에서 일어나는 학습의 과정에 대한 과학적인 정보를 바탕으로 문학 능력 신장에 초점을 둔 문학교육 모형의 개발과 실행에 타당성 있는 안내 역할을 할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study purposed to develop a elementary literature education model based on brain science theory for enhancing elementary learners’ literary abilities. For this purpose, we examined the components of brain-based elementary literature education as goals, principles, contents and methods. We developed a model according to analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation, and developed final model through model revision. Based on the revised brain-based elementary literature education model, literature classes were given to the experimental group, and ordinary literature classes were given to the control group. After literature classes were given based on the model, the result of literary ability test was compared between the experimental group and the control group. According to the result, significant differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in criticism and creation. This suggests that the literature class using the revised brain-based elementary literature education model had a positive effect on enhancing the learners’ literary abilities.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This research is meaningful in that it can be used as a valid guideline for developing and implementing a literature education model focused on the enhancement of literary abilities based on scientific information about learning mechanism working in the brain.
