전문상담교사 양성을 위한 한ㆍ미 교육실습체제 비교 연구

A Comparative Analysis of Internship System for School Counselor Education in Korea and U.S.A

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 한국과 미국의 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 교육실습 제도 및 대학의 교육실습 운영체제를 비교ㆍ분석하고 이를 바탕으로 한국의 교육실습 체제의 문제점을 도출하며 이러한 문제점에 기초하여 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 교육실습 시행방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 제도적 측면을 비교하기 위하여 한국의 교원자격 검정령, 시행규칙, 실무편람과 이러한 규정을 포함하고 있는 미국의 CACREP standard 2008을 분석하였고, 운영적 측면을 비교하기 위해 한국의 두 개 대학과 미국의 두 개 대학의 교육실습 운영계획을 분석하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;제도적 측면에서의 문제점은 교육실습의 대상, 필수 이수과목, 교육실습 등록요건, 교육실습 유형의 측면에서 분석되었고, 운영적 측면에서의 문제점은 교육실습의 목표, 시기와 시간, 실습학교 선정기준과 절차, 교육실습 내용, 평가, 교육실습 주체의 역할 및 자격, 수련감독 등의 측면에서 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 이러한 한국의 전문상담교사 양성을 위한 바람직한 교육실습 방안을 제도적 측면과 운영적 측면으로 나누어 제안하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze internship system and its management system of university for school counselor education in Korea and U.S.A, and then to identify problems of internship system in Korea and to suggest an internship plan for training school counselors based on this findings.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To compare the system for school counselor education, the differences of the both countries&quot; certification of teachers law, enforcement regulations, and the practical manual were analyzed. And to compare the management system for school counselor education, the internship operation plans of each two universities in Korea and U.S.A were analysed.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The problems of systems for school counselor education were analyzed in the aspects of objects of internship, required completion subjects, internship enrollment requisite, and styles of internship, and then the problems of the operation for school counselor education were analyzed in the aspects the goal of internship, time and period, the standard and procedure of selecting internship school, the content of internship, evaluation, role and qualification for internship participants, and supervision.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Based on the previous study results, suggestions are inferred desirable plan for training school counselors in Korea in both systematic and operational area.
