성인문해교육 지원 사업의 성과 분석 연구

An Analysis of the Performance of the Adult Literacy Education Support Project

  2006년 시범적으로 운영하였던 성인문해교육 지원사업이 향후 지속적이고 효과적으로 운영되기 위해서는 지속적인 사업에 대한 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이는 국가 예산이 투입되어지고 있는 평생교육의 각종 다양한 정책 사업들이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 대한 책무성의 관점에서 또한 필수불가결하다. 본 연구는 성인문해교육 지원사업의 주요 이해관계자들인, 문해교육 참여학습자, 문해교육 기관, 지자체 및 교육청 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 성인문해교육 지원사업의 성과를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 향후 지역내 문해교육기관의 요구에 맞는 지속적인 지원, 성인문해교육 지원사업 추진 체제의 확립, 주요 참여자들에 대한 명확한 역할 분담, 구체적인 성과 지표의 개발 등을 제언하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is aimed at presenting the direction for future growth along with concrete action plans for adult literacy education support projects organized to promote social inclusion as well as people&quot;s basic life skills.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This article contains an evaluation model that we developed to control the quality of adult literacy education support projects and an outline of the projects&quot; progress in 2006. Also, it presents results of surveys concerning the level of satisfaction of various interest groups. The results indicate a high level of satisfaction, especially CSI is 86.42.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this context, this article suggested further development of national program evaluation model adjust to National Adult Literacy Education Support Project and identifies three suggetions that determine the project’s success. The three suggetions are: 1) support system suitable various educational institutes.; 2) clarifying key interests group&quot;s roles; and 3) supproting facilities of educational institutes more than program support.
