This paper concerns all Hyang-Ga Prose from the viewpoint of the Sihwa. The structure of the Hyang-Ga Prose is same as Sihwa. This is not a coincidence because Il-yeon applied the style of Sihwa to the Hyang-Ga Prose. The Sihwa book was diffused widely during the period of Goryeo and Il-yeon knew it well.<BR> Il-yeon believed that the value of the Hyang-Ga is same as a Chinese poem. So he wrote the book convinced that Hyang-Ga must have the Sihwa.<BR> Most writers of the Hyang-Ga are not seen in history books. Most of their names are similar to the content of the story. This was originated from naming characters intentionally by the author to recognize the necessity of the Sihwa structure and show the subject of the writing effectively. Many Praise Forms are the result of intentional choice, valuating highly the power to impress people. The purpose of the Hyang-Ga is mostly to accomplish wishes and praise excellent people. The criticism was used almost in Praise Form. The secret of the Buddhism was combined with the power to impress people of the Hyang-Ga, so it was mainly used to solve and achieve the difficult wishes or events.<BR> Il-yeon thought that Hyang-Ga had the power to impress the gods, so he wrote the Hyang-Ga Prose. As a result, contents of the Hyang-Ga Prose are full of special material, the skill of the sentences have artificialities, and the work selection was consistent with Praise Form and Admiration Form.<BR> The value of the Hyang-Ga Prose is that it recorded the Hyang-Ga, has much information about the history of Hyang-Ga, roles, values, authors, explanations, forms, currencies, and pointing errors. Il-yeon, I"m afraid, reflects his consciousness too much and focused on the Praise Form and Admiration Form when he selected the works. So it does not present clear understanding of the contents and details of the Hyang-Ga.
