생산전략과 기업 내ㆍ외부협력활동 - 협력성과에 미치는 영향

Operations Strategy and Inter/Intra-Firm Collaboration: The Impacts on Collaboration Performance

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 생산전략이 공급사슬 구성요소 간 협력 및 조직 내 기능 간 협력에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 궁극적으로 협력성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하는 것이다. 생산전략은 원가전략, 품질전략, 유연성전략, 납기전략으로 분류되고 있으며, 기업들은 이러한 전략 가운데 어떤 한 가지 전략을 배타적으로 선택하지 않고, 각 전략차원을 상호보완적으로 동시에 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 기업이 4가지 생산전략들을 어떻게 복합적으로 활용하는가에 따라 공급사슬에서의 협력활동 및 협력성과가 달라질 수 있을 것이다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구에서는 이러한 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 국내 250개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 생산전략과 기업 내ㆍ외부협력 및 협력성과의 관계를 규명하였다. 그 결과 원가전략 및 유연성전략은 내부협력활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 품질전략, 유연성전략, 납기전략은 외부협력활동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 내부협력활동 및 외부협력활동은 모두 협력성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this research is to analyze the impacts of operations strategy on both inter and intra-firm collaboration, and finally collaboration performance in supply chain. Operations strategy has four competitive priorities such as cost, quality, flexibility and delivery strategy and, in reality, these four dimensions of operations strategy are established not exclusively but complementarily. As a result, according to how do firms mix differently those competitive priorities, collaboration activity and performance results in supply chain may be changed.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Using sample data from 250 Korean firms, this study examines the relationship among operations strategy, inter and intra-firm collaboration and collaboration performance through structural equation modeling.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results suggest that cost and flexibility strategy are significantly associated with intra-firm collaboration activity and quality, flexibility and delivery strategy are more highly related inter-firm collaboration activity. The results also provide that both inter and intra-firm collaboration activity have a positive effects on collaboration performance significantly. Finally, some implications on analyzed results are discussed.
