공급사슬관리 추진방식과 TQM 추진방식 요인이 성과에 미치는 영향

The Effect of SCM Practice and TQM Practice Factors on Performances

  본 논문은 기존 관련 연구들에서 도출한 전사적 품질경영(TQM)의 추진방식 요인과 공급사슬관리(SCM)의 추진방식 요인의 개념이 실제로 유의미한지를 확인하고, 양 추진방식요인 중 어느 것이 선행 요인으로서 작용하며, 나아가 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는가를 전국에 소재한 제조업체들에 대한 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 요인분석과 경로분석을 이용한다.

  We categorize quality management practices as two new factors - ‘Infra factor’ and ‘Process factor’ - and also supply chain management practices as factors of CEO’s commitment and supplier management from related preceding literatures. We confirm those factors" statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in whole country. Moreover, we find the factors influences positively on supply chain and manufacturing performances. We prove these results with empirical method of factor analysis and path analysis.
