The Effect of Dissolution of Contract

&nbsp;&nbsp;A contract having the binding force to keep contract is the representative juristic action of the causes of the legal effects based on private autonomy. The matter of binding force and disorganization of a contract is very important in the law of contracts. In case that the aggrieved party cannot attain the purposes of contract, the other party can acquit the contract to get out of the binding force.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Korean Civil Code provides some provisions of dissolution. But the provisions on the effect of dissolution are insufficient. Therefore the dispute on the dissolution of contract is focused on the structure of legal principles of the effect of dissolution of contract. There are two theories on the effect of dissolution in Korea. One is the theory of direct force, the other is the theory of liquidating relation.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this article, I would like to study critically about the theory of direct force from the point of theory of liquidating relation.
