대학교수의 산학협력 업적평가 분석 및 강화 방안

The Present Condition Analysis and Improvement on Industry-University Cooperation Performance of University Professors

&nbsp;&nbsp;정부의 대학재정지원사업 지원 및 대학에서의 지식과 기술의 창출ㆍ확산을 위한 산학협력의 필요성과 중요성이 증대되고 있어 그 유인체계로서 대학교수의 산학협력 업적평가에 대한 고찰이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 우리나라 110개 대학의 대학교수업적평가 규정에서 나타난 대학교수들에 대한 산학협력 업적평가 실태를 분석하고, 대학교수들의 산학협력에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과 일반적인 대학교수의 업적평가 영역인 교육ㆍ연구ㆍ봉사영역과 구분하여 산학협력 영역을 별도로 구분하는 대학이 적었고, 인정항목 역시 상이하였다. 또한 대학교수들 역시 산학협력영역을 별도로 구분하지 않으며, 인정항목은 대학이 자율적으로 결정하는 것이 바람직하다고 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;대학교수의 산학협력 업적을 강화하기 위해서는 먼저 교수들의 산학협력 업적에 대하여 인센티브를 확대하는 등 보상체제를 마련함으로써 동기부여를 할 수 있는 방안이 우선적으로 요구된다. 나아가 관련 제도를 개선하는 등의 노력 및 다른 대학의 우수사례를 벤치마킹하여 업적평가 규정에 반영할 수도 있다. 정부 차원에서는 산학협력이 요구되는 분야에서는 대학평가에 반영하거나 정부의 대학재정지원에도 반영할 수 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to inquire the present condition and improvement on industry-university cooperation performance of university professors in Korea, which is to contributed the creation and diffusion of technology and knowledge.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;To support this theme, this study analyzed the present condition of university professor performance regulation of 110 university and surveyed recognition on industry-university cooperation to university professors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As a result, only a few university have a separated area on industry-university cooperation, and the most of university are included it that is general university professors performance area, education, research, service.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;University professors also prefer performance within three general area, and think that university decide evaluation item by self-regulated. Furthermore, the university and government manage to the various action plan for improving industry-university cooperation.
