A Study for the Correlation between the Price of Land and C. B. D. Functions in Seomyun, Busan

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study investigates the correlations between the price of land and C.B.D. functions in Seomyun(Bujeondong) which is the most expensive in Busan.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper analyze the pictures that shows the spatial distribution of functions and land prices of C.B.D. in 2006 by GIS program.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;There is close correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D. of Seomyun.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The study reaches two conclusion : first, the sales function is the most representative function in C.B.D. The second of the study is a correlation between the price of land and functions in C.B.D.
