수용적인 다연령 혼합 대학환경 조성을 위한 성인대학생-일반대학생간의 상호작용 탐색 - 일반 4년제 대학을 중심으로

The Interaction Search between Adult Student and Traditional Student for Forming Responsive University - Centering around University -

  본 연구는 일반대학에 재학 중인 성인대학생과 일반대학생간의 상호작용을 심층면담, 관찰, 서술적 조사 등의 질적연구방법을 통해 탐색하였다. 연구결과는 상대편을 어떻게 인식하는지의 내면적인 상호작용과, 성인대학생과 일반대학생간의 상호작용은 언제, 어디서, 왜 일어나는가 등의 표면적인 상호작용으로 나누어 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 일반대학생은 성인대학생에 대해 질서 있으면서도 자연스러운 수업분위기 유도하는 이들: 규범의 내면화, 모든 것을 열심히 해보려는 욕구를 불러 일으켜 주는 이들: 평생학습인에 대한 모델링, 학점？장학금？취업과 관련하여 우리자리를 빼앗는 이들: 피해의식의 형성 등으로 인식하였다. 성인대학생은 일반대학생에 대해 공부 및 공부외 활동들을 역동적으로 수행할 수 있는 기회가 많은 이들: 상대적 박탈감 경험, 비규범적인 면 보이지만 지적할 수 없는 이들: 주변인으로서의 위치, 공부를 열심히 하지 않는 이들을 중심으로 안타까움을 느끼게 하는 이들: 세대간 갈등 내재 등으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 성인대학생과 일반대학생의 상호작용은 언제, 어디서, 왜 일어나는가 등에 대해서는 형식적인 상호작용, 상호작용에 대한 현실적 한계, 다연령 혼합 대학: 세대간 이해의 장 등의 주제를 도출하였다.

  This study searches for the interaction between adult student and traditional student in university through qualitative methodology such as in-depth interview, observation, and narrative survey. Results of study are divided into internal interaction related to how the participants of study recognize counterpart and external interaction related to when, where, and why interaction happens between them. Extracted subjects are as follows; first, traditional students recognize adult students as those who lead orderly and natural atmosphere of instruction: the internalization of norm, arouse needs to do everything enthusiastically: modeling of lifelong learner, and deprive them of their places related to credit, scholarship, and employment: the feeling of being victimized. Adult students recognize traditional students as those who have many opportunities to perform various activities: relative deprivation feeling, look disorderly but can"t be pointed out: situation of minor, and make themselves to feel frustrated to students who don"t study hard: trouble inherence between generations. Second, results related to when, where, and why interaction happens between them are as follows; "formalized interaction", "real limit of interaction", "multi-age university: the field of understanding between generations.
