He took many journeys to Southern districts, Kwanbuk districts and North-western districts.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;His later poems were written in Manju. Also in his later poems, he shows the stranger-consciousness. In this period, he wandered very much to find the transcendental native place of Korean people.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally, in his all poems, the skills of writing of modernism are found. The content of his poems is folk, but the skill of writing is refined. These different things are connected with stranger-consciousness. The strangers in Baek Seok&quot;s poems have an aesthetic of observation.
