조음점 지시법과 짝자극 훈련 프로그램이 인공 와우 아동의 치경음 /ㄷ/의 조음 개선에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Phonetic Placement Procedure and Paired-Stimulus Treatment Program on the Alveolar Sound Production in the Children with Cochlear Implant

  본 연구의 목적은 조음점지시법과 짝자극 훈련 프로그램을 치경음/ㄷ/에 오류를 보이는 인공 와우 아동 3명에게 적용했을 경우 정조음 산출에 효과적인지, 음절수별 단어와 구수준에서 치경음 오류의 개선과 유지에 효과적인지 알아보고자 대상자간 중다기초선 방법과 음절별 조음 명료도 개선 효과는 사전, 사후검사를 사용하여 알아보았다. 실험결과 조음점 지시법과 짝자극 훈련 프로그램을 사용한 결과 대상 아동 모두에게서 중재 전에 비하여 중재 후 치경음 /ㄷ/의 정조음 산출이 증가 되었고, 음절수(1음절, 2음절, 3음절)별 단어와 구 수준에서 치경음 /ㄷ/의 정조음 산출이 증가되어 조음점지시법과 짝자극 훈련프로그램이 인공와우 아동의 치경음/ㄷ/의 정조음 산출에 효과적이라고 할 수 있다.

  The purpose of this study is to examine th effect on alveolar sound /ㄷ/ production by applying the phonetic placement procedure and paired-stimulus treatment program in the children with cochlear implant. The subjects of this study were three students with cochlear implant. This study used the multiple baseline design across subjects in single subject study. Also, pretest and posttest were conducted in order to find out the effect of phonetic intelligibility by syllable. First, the use of the phonetic placement procedure and paired-stimulation treatment program suggests the increase in correct alveolar sound production with all subject children. Finally, the use of the phonetic placement procedure and paired-stimulation treatment program suggests the increase in correct phonetic production of alveolar sound in the level of word and phrase by syllable with all subject children.
