청소년범죄의 사회적 비용 추정 - 5대 범죄를 중심으로

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study estimates the economic and social cost of five juvenile crime(i.e. murder, robbery, rape, theft/burglary, assault) during the one year of 2004. For this estimation, crime ststistics were mostly used and another various sources of data were additionally used in this study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of analysis on these show that the economic and social cost which were produced in five crime categories is about 578.3 billion. Out of the total cost of five juvenile crime, specifically, the cost of crime prevention steps was 17.4 billion, and the cost by result of criminal commitment was 461.0 billion, and the cost of reaction on crime was 153.0 billion. But these results are understanded with much attention because this study is tentative approach. But, in the point that this study can stimulate and lead many additional researches and be used for budgeting and evaluation on criminal justice policy, this tentative approach will have high value.
