정부의 연구개발지원제도가 중소기업 기술경영수준에 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구

An Analysis on the Moderated Effects of National R&D program on Technological Innovation in the SMEs

  본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업들을 대상으로 정부의 연구개발지원제도가 기술혁신 요소와 기술경영성과의 관계에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 정부의 중소기업 연구개발지원제도의 정책적 실효성 및 개선방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 로지스틱회귀 분석을 통해 정부의 연구개발지원제도가 중소기업의 기술경영수준에 조절적 효과가 있음을 밝혀내고, 특히 지원유형은 기업의 연구개발조직 및 지적재산권관리활동과 상호작용하여 기술경영수준을 제고할 수 있음을 실증 분석하였다.

  The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of firm’s innovative activities, using MOT Survey of SMEs 2006 data, and to specify the role of national R&D program on SME’s innovative activities. Using logistic regression analysis, it reveals the determinants of firm’s innovative activities and the moderated effects of the national R&D program on SME’s innovation and performance. The results of the study show that the type of national R&D program, together with performance of R&D department and property right management, facilitates the enhanced performance of technology management level.
