A Study on the Improvement of Demand Procedure

&nbsp;&nbsp;According to a Statistical Yearbook of Justice, demand procedure occupied 20.8% of civil cases in 2005. Although, the demand Procedure seized considerable rate, practical and theoretical concern was indifferent to it all the while.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;However, the demand procedure has a number of issues to be researched in order to act effectively and adequately in judicial procedure.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study andlyzes legislative history of the demand procedure in Germany and Japan as these countries&quot; respective procedures have influenced our procedure.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;After examining the latest revision of our demand procedure in that order, I suggest the proposal of improvement of the demand procedure.
