지역혁신체제적 인적자원개발과 직업능력개발의 혁신

The Human Resource Development under the Regional Innovational System and the Innovation of the Development of Vocational Ability

&nbsp;&nbsp;지식기반경제의 진전과 더불어 인적자원을 개발하고 특히 직업능력개발을 확대하는 것은 점점 그 중요성이 더해지고 있다. 본고에서는 지식기반경제의 진전에 따른 지역혁신체제의 학습 사회적 측면을 강조하고 인적자원의 새로운 패러다임과 연결시킨다. 특히 지역혁신체제와 관련한 직업능력개발의 방향을 제시한다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 다음과 같은 내용을 수행하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;첫째, 이론적 측면에서는 물적 자원에 근거한 전통적인 지역발전이론을 뛰어넘어 혁신에 의해 주도되는 지역발전의 이론적 틀을 모색하였다. 둘째, 지역혁신적 인적자원개발의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하였다. 셋째, 이와 같은 전제 하에 직업능력개발의 혁신적 방안을 제시하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;결론적으로 지식기반경제의 진전과 더불어 점점 더 중요해지고 있는 인적자원개발과 직업능력개발을 촉진시킬 수 있는 제도적 기반을 조성하고 혁신적인 환경을 제공하는 역할을 모색하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;With the advance of knowledge-based economy, the development of human resource under the regional innovation system and the enhancing of vacational ability are becoming more and more important.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this paper we emphasize study-social aspect of regional innovation system and connect it with the new paradigm of human resource development.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Especially we suggest the direction of vocational ability development related with regional innovation system. For this, we operate the following jobs:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Firstly we suggest the theoretical framework for regional development oriented by innovation surpassing the traditional regional development based upon physical resource. Secondly, we suggest the new paradigm of human resource development based upon regional innovation system. Thirdly we suggested the innovative method of vocational ability development.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In conclusion, we establish institutional base and innovative environment which can facilitate mutual interactive human resource development, innovation, and vocational ability.
