한국 모바일뱅킹 서비스 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on Revitalization Ways of Korean Mobile Banking Service

  휴대폰보급이 증가하면서 모바일뱅킹 서비스가 빠르게 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 개념 및 장단점을 분석하고, 국내외 은행들의 모바일뱅킹 서비스 활용사례의 분석을 통해 한국에서 모바일뱅킹 서비스가 활성화되기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 모바일뱅킹 서비스가 점포를 활용하지 않는다는 측면에서 매우 경제적인 은행거래 수단인 점에 주목하고 접근했으나, 아직까지 규모의 경제가 실현되지 못해 장기적인 수익모델을 확보하고 있지 못하고 있음을 발견했다. 또한 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 편리성에도 불구하고 보안에 대한 우려가 많고, 휴대폰사업자와의 관계도 새롭게 정립할 필요성이 있음을 알게 되었다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 활성화시키기 위해 보안문제 해결 및 이용 편리성 확보, 수익모델 확보 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;As cellular phone has been increased, mobile banking service is widespread very rapidly. Because of that reason, this report analyzed the concept of mobile banking, merits and demerits etc and showed the revitalization ways of mobile banking service in Korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First of all, this theory takes notice that mobile banking service is very effective banking service in terms of economy. But this report has known that until now, mobile banking service does not have long term business earnings model. And also, in spite of mobile banking service&quot;s conveniences, many users are worry about security.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally, this theory presents five revitalization ways of Korean mobile banking service such as making earnings business model, having a good relationship with telecom companies and so on.
