The Case Study and Investigation of Practical Problems on Non-Documentary Conditions in L/C Transactions -Dae Gu Bank V. Hanil Bank-

&nbsp;&nbsp;In the transaction of L/C, special condition is very important clause to which we must pay more attention. Lately in domestic cases, such a special condition which is not the required document condition but the non-document condition have caused many problems.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;I will intend to introduce the cases including non-documentary conditions, explain the contents of the case, investigate the problems in that cases and explain the way of defending such a problems. The cases introduced in this article were caused in the practical field and our supreme court had investigated that cases and sentenced against that cases. I think this our Supreme Court&quot;s judgement will be a very important guide on L/C transaction in our country.
