외국인 직접투자가 충북경제에 미치는 영향

A Study on The Influence of FDI in the Chung-buk Economy

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 세계화와 지방화 시대 지방자치단체의 중요한 관심사가 된 외국인 직접투가 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;외국인직접투자는 외국자본을 안정적으로 도입하여 지역경제를 활성화 하는 수단으로 뿐만 아니라 해외 첨단기술과 선진경영기법을 습득함으로써 지역 산업고도화를 이루는데 기여하고 토착기업들의 경쟁유발을 통한 생산성을 높일 수 있는 수단이다. 또한 지방정부의 세수증대, 고용창출에 의한 지역경제안정화 효과를 얻을 수 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;거시계량모형을 통한 외국인 직접투자의 지역경제 파급효과 분석 결과 외국인투자 10%p 증가는 충북 GRDP성장률을 향후 5년동안 연평균 0.05%p 만큼 상승시킬 뿐만 아니라 충북전체 취업자수를 1차년도 0.01%에서 5차년도 0.07%까지 꾸준히 증가시키게 되어 5년 평균 0.05%의 신규 고용을 유발 할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of the inward FDI on Chung-buk economic growth.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;It is very important to attract foreign capital as a means of financial resources for regional development. Because FDI is conducive to regional economic development by providing such as the increasing of employment, the transfer of advanced technology and advanced management skill.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our FDI spillover model will help us forecast that FDI have influence on the industry production, the regional economic growth(GRDP), the regional employment.
