환경친화기업의 환경정보공시가 기업가치에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Environmental Disclosure of Environment Friendly Firms on Firm Value

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 환경친화기업을 대상으로 기업이 환경정보를 공시하였을 때, 이러한 공시가 투자자의 기업가치 평가시에 영향을 주는지 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;일별 수익률을 이용하여 추정한 누적수익률의 경우, 전체모형에서는 공시수준과 공시여부 모두 유의하지 않았으나 기업가치에 영향을 주는 통제변수를 통제하였을 때, 공시여부가 기업가치에 음의 영향을 주었으며, 월별 수익률을 이용하여 추정한 초과누적수익률의 모형에서는 공시여부와 공시수준 모두 통계적으로 유의하지 못하였다. 또한 추가분석을 통하여 공시여부와 공시수준에 영향을 미치는 기업특성 변수는 소액주주지분율로 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이러한 결과는 우리나라의 경우 기업의 환경관련 정보를 공시하기에는 부족한 시스템을 지니고 있기 때문에, 투자자들은 이러한 시스템외의 비재무적 정보를 기업가치 평가시에 고려할 것이다.

However, when controlling the control variable which gives an effect to firms valuation, the environmental disclosure whether or not does significant firms market valuation. Also additional analysis it led and the firms variable which effect goes mad to a Environmental disclosure quality and environmental disclosure whether or not appeared in minority interest.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Like this result it publishes environment relation information of our country case firms to, because keeps the system which is insufficient, the investors will consider nonfinancial information of like this system outside at firms market valuation.
