Recently, technology parks have been coming under attack as people begin to count the cost and benefits. Most of technology parks in the country still rely on the government subsidy and become enmeshed in the problem of managing and finacing growth. This paper explores and describes the types of management and financing problems encountered and the constraints inhibiting the growth of university related technology parks in Korea.
