본 연구는 통합 여가프로그램이 장애청소년의 자아정체감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 방과후에 일반고등학생들과 함께 여가교육과 여가활동을 실시하고 그 효과를 점검하였다. 연구참여자는 인천 공립 Y 특수학교 고등부 12명과 공립 E 특수학교 고등부학생 12명, 그리고 인천지역과 부천지역의 일반고등학생 24명이었다. 실험절차는 사전검사, 중재, 사후검사의 순으로 이루어졌으며, 연구결과 자아정체감점수에 변화가 나타났다. 하위영역별로 살펴보면 6개의 하위영역 중에서 5개 영역(주체성, 자기수용성, 미래확신성, 주도성, 친밀성)의 점수가 향상된 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of a After School Inclusive Leisure program on Ego-Identity of the Adolescents with Disabilities who participated in the program. The After School Inclusive Leisure program offers high school students with disabilities who had been educated in a special school and hadn"t experienced inclusive programs. Twenty-four high school students with disabilities participated in this study. These twenty-four students with disabilities were divided into 2 groups. Each group was consisted of 12 students with disabilities. The experimental group participated in the After School Inclusive Leisure program, while the control group did not. Also twenty-four high school students without disabilities participated in the After School Inclusive Leisure program to support 12 students with disabilities of experimental group. The After School Inclusive Leisure program was implemented for 4 months. To prove the effects of the program, pretest-posttest control group design was applied. The differences between pre-test and post-test of two groups were analyzed by the independent t-test. The results of the study were as follows: First, a significant difference was found between the experimental group and the control group in ego-identities level. Second, a significant difference was found between the experimental group and the control group in five factors(initiativeness, self-receptiveness, confirmativeness for future, subjectivity, intimacy) of ego-identities level except one factor(goal orientedness), The results of this study suggest that the after school leisure program would be the effective way to increase the ego-identities the adolescents with disabilities.
