The Problems and Problem Solving Strategies in Mobile Internet Services among College Students

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study was to find the problems and problem solving strategies in mobile internet services among college students. The questionnaire survey method was utilized to collect data during May 2006, and 315 Chungbuk National University students were selected as a sample.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The major findings as follows;<BR>First, 58.1% of respondents said that they had experiences of using mobile internet. However, they seldom used mobile internet and had a little using time, and therefore spent a little money on mobile internet service. Further, they were using mostly music, bell sound, collaring services out of variety of mobile internet services. Second, university students had experiences of financial damages resulting from lack of knowledges and no interest in how the mobile internet bill has been charged. Third, the respondents were aware that the service charge of mobile internet services were too expensive.
