A Study on Customs Administration for Supporting Export Company in FTA Environment

  This study aims at suggesting the political direction of improving the system of customs administrations to support export company by analyzing the present condition and problems in uprising global Free Trade Agreement(FTA) environment. The methods and scope of this study are based on SUCCESS Model(Melese et al., 2004) which is designed originally by Deming"s PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-reAct) model and to review the managerial outcomes" aspects of customs adiministration in 2005, 2006. Accordingly, this study points out insufficient aspects on general managerial outcomes on customs administration and suggests the directions of the policy for supporting export company to implement optimization of outcoming management of customs administration in FTA environment.
