  주택소유자형태의 차이는 다양한 주택특성과 가구특성(인구통계적 특성, 사회경제적특성)에 이ㅡ하여 선택된다. 주택특성은 주택가격, 주택규모 등이며, 가구특성으로는 소득, 교육수준 등의 사회경제적 특성과 연령, 가족구성원수 등의 인구통계학적 특성 등이 있으며, 가구가 주택소유형태를 선택하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들이 지역별로 어떠한 차이를 나타내는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 지역별 주택소유형태의 결정요인들을 알아봄으로써 합리적인 주택공급방향을 제시하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구는 이를 바탕으로 주택소유형태에 영향을 미치는 지역별 차이를 분석하는데 있다.

  The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinants of housing property ownership by region in Korea. We focus on the regional differences in the property ownership and attempt to provide policy implications for proper supply of house. We also identify such determinants as the housing price, the housing size, the owner"s income, and the family size
