Right to receive education, Right to learning, Right to a life-long-learning, and Legal Science

&nbsp;&nbsp;In Korea, official policy concerning legal education and production of legal profession has traditionally been set at the national level, and the central institution of Korean legal education and training has been the bar examination, for which there is no formal prerequisite other than a high school education. The low passage rate on the bar examination has played a large role in defining condition of practice and rendered legal education in Korea really awry. And the draw of the bar examination also seriously distorts education in general departments of university.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study aims at discourse and analyse about legal education in Korea from the legal sociological point of view proposing of ideal and practical problem in law, judicial system, and legal science. Especially this paper will try to examine the actual situation of legal education in Korea with special viewpoint, a life-long-learning.
