ISO 9000/14000 통합경영시스템에 관한 연구 - 프로세스 중심 모형과 구축사례

A Study of ISO 9000/14000 Integrated Management System -Process Oriented Modelling & Case Analysis-

  본 연구의 목적은 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 각각 별개의 시스템으로 구축함에 따른 추진상의 비용증대는 물론 조직운용에 상호모순 등을 초래하는 여러 가지 관리시스템의 중복된 절차와 혼란을 줄이기 위해 프로세스 중심으로 ISO 9000/14000 통합경영시스템 구축 사례를 고찰 하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 프로세스중심으로 품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템을 통합하는 통합경영시스템 구축 모형을 찾아본 후, 통합경영 시스템의 실제 구축사례를 분석하여 품질과 환경의 조화로운 병용성을 확립하고, 프로세스 접근방식 중심의 통합경영 시스템의 확립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 절차서 중심의 통합경영시스템 대신, 실제 적용 사례를 기반으로 한 분석 및 제시점을 제안함으로써 프로세스 중심의 통합경영시스템을 구축하는 실무자에게 도움을 주고자 한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;This study consists of two phases, the first is the development of ISO 9000/14000 integrated management system for R motor company based on the process oriented modelling and then analyzing and evaluation of the system follows as the second phase.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The process oriented approach will help to reduce duplicated procedures and disorder of implementation sequence given by the traditional way known as a procedure oriented model. Also this study shows improvement of cost structure when we establish each quality management system and environmental management system simultaneously into a single integrated management system.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this study. the process oriented integrated management system show to harmonize and facilitate the implementation procedures and reenforce the establishment of both quality and environment management issues. The the practical guidelines are also provided in the last chapter in order to help for practitioners who want to adopt this process oriented system.
