A Study on the Promotion Measures of Housing Construction Industry according to the Change of Market Environment of Real Estate Policy - On the Urban Redevelopment in Busan -

&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The government seems to maintain the principle of housing price stabilization. Under this situation, this study was conducted to examine the considerable effects of real estate market change on real estate market of Busan.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD &amp; RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Diverse literature reviews and surveys were executed for the study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;It was found that local housing construction industry were in trouble due to the decrease in housing supply market caused by the decrease in actual housing construction, high rate of unsold houses and low sales rate by the slackness of trading, inroads of market by the advance of large enterprises in the Metropolitan area to local housing market and management crisis of local housing companies by the change of local people&quot;s residential preference.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;It is necessary to healthily raise and develop local economy through vitalizing participation of local housing companies during redevelopment. For this, it is proposed that the ground for the cooperation of local housing companies should be newly established during improving project of housing redevelopment and local housing companies should be brought up through the increase in participation, choice and concentration by the uptrend of qualitative incentive endowing standard.
