&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study deals with the on the legislation of the housing distribution system under condition of "land lease" and "repurchase".<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;"1.11 Real Estate Policy" announced by the governmen, includes measures to improve housing supplies. Besides, an increasing number of lawmakers are demanding the adoption of new public housing systems to provide low-priced flats and help curb prices in the housing market.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;With the way of land lease housing to have buyers of public homes pay just for the building and then lease the land.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;On the other hand, repurchase housing method restricts housing consumers in doing free transactions of selling the houses if they want to do by making them resell to public institution. Under the system, a public housing developer sells apartments at cost and buyers of the low-priced homes can resell them only to the developer.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Democratic Labor Party is also preparing a public housing plan which includes new home sale systems based on land lease or redemption by the state-funded developer.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study use legal institutional approach that traditional method of law paper, literature investigation and legislation investigation etc.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The new housing distribution system would be sincere consideration on real estate policy not a political issue.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This thesis is a basic study as to introduction of new systems of housing supply. A mix of new home sales on the condition of redemption or land lease is necessary.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The new systems would be sincere consideration on real estate policy not a political issue.
