협업적 차량경로관리에 따른 시장분할방법의 발견적기법

A Study on the Heuristic Algorithm of the Market Segmentation Method according to the Collaborative Vehicle Routing Management

  출발지 석산에서 모래, 자갈을 덤프트럭을 이용하여 목적지 레미콘공장까지 운송함에 있어 덤프트럭의 운송이 단위 석산별로 개별 운송방식을 취하고 있다. 이 경우 대부분의 차량들이 출발지로 복귀 시 공차운행을 하게 되어 운송효율이 저하되는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건자재 운송회사에서 건설폐기물 발생지를 경유하여 출발지로 복귀하는 이중임무수행경로방식(Equal Traction)으로 운영하고 단위 석산별로 운송하던 전형적인 방식에서 협업적 차량운송 경영방식을 적용 하였으며, 이러한 덤프트럭 운송시장에서 임의적인 방식으로는 과학적인 방법이 될 수 없어 건자재 물류시장의 협업적 시장분할방법의 발견적기법이 필요하게 되었다. 스위핑 방법을 적용한 협업적 차량경로관리의 발견적기법은 2가지로 첫 번째는 덤프트럭 시장을 물량배분방식의 DBSA(Demand Based Segmenting Algorithm) 8, 10, 12Group과 두 번째로 각도에 의한 분할방식인 LBSA(Location Based Segmenting Algorithm) 8, 10, 12Group으로 나누어 최적해 해법을 도출하였다. 이와 같은 방식은 목적함수에 부합되어 레미콘공장의 수요를 만족시키면서 최소의 차량과 최단거리의 수송경로를 설정하는 총 운송거리의 최소화 결과를 도출했다고 할 수 있겠다.

  A Ready-mixed Concrete plant runs a production process, which involves transport of sand and gravel as major raw materials by dump trucks; delivery of cement, fly ashes and admixture by bulk cement trailers (BCT) ; production of semi-processed concrete in plant ; transport of concrete to construction sites as consumers; and placement of remix concrete on sites. The Process requires an approach of Supply Chain Management (SCM), ranging from raw material suppliers to end users via purchase, production, sale, delivery and etc. If many companies in the supply chain cooperate, it will be possible to transport more efficiently and improve service quality. In this study, two methods are introduced in allocating the dump truck industry and market to minimize total vehicle-kilometers in the study area, Seoul Metropolitan Areas (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggido) : Random Allocation Method and Heuristic Method. In previous researches, experiments and simulation deal with relatively small size network: in this study, I suggested a solution in a large-size vehicle routing problem using a Heuristic method. As a better solution is found in a real-world problem, allocation and vehicle routing algorithm can be extended to real problems in Dump Truck Industry, which will reduce transportation and operating costs significantly. Moreover, mathematical approaches are suggested on the basis of collaborative planning in the industry.
