A Study on the Effect of Dokdo"s Cadastral Resurvey on the National Interest

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 독도의 지적재조사가 국익에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석함으로써 지적재조사의 필요성을 제기하는 데 있다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 독도리를 연구대상으로 설정하고, 시간적 범위는 1961년부터 현재까지, 공간적 범위는 독도리로 하며, 내용적 범위는 지적 재조사의 이론적 고찰을 실시하고, 독도에 대한 지적재조사에 대한 추진 결과를 분석함으로써, 지적재조사가 국익에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 이상을 조사하기 위해 문헌조사법과 사례조사법을 사용하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구 결과, 독도의 지적재조사는 국가행정에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하는 계기가 되었으며, 국유재산의 가치 증가, 독도의 실리적 이용ㆍ관리의 계기가 되었다. 또한, 국민 계층간의 분열을 예방하고 동질성을 확보함으로써 국가발전에 크게 기여한 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 지적재조사는 토지분쟁을 예방하고, 국토에 대한 정확한 정보를 토지수요자에게 제공함으로써 국가경쟁력을 확보할 수 있으므로 그 필요성이 절실히 요구된다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to suggest the necessity of the cadastral resurvey by analyzing how the cadastral resurvey is impacted on the national interest. To achieve the above study purpose efficiently, Dokdo-ri was targeted for the study and the time range was set up from 1961 up to date. The space range was limited to Dokdo-ri while the substantial range was focused on the theoretical examination on the cadastral resurvey. So therefore it is aimed at analyzing how the cadastral resurvey is impacted on the national interest through in depth study on the outcome of the Dokdo cadastral resurvey.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to find the above study range, literature survey method and case survey method were used. As a result, the cadastral resurvey on Dokdo has become an opportunity to get the reliability on the national administration along with the increase in the national property value and substantial utilization and management of Dokdo. Moreover, it was appraised that the subject has been significantly contributed to the nation&quot;s development by getting the homogeneity while preventing the national stratum from being disunited.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore, its necessity is imminently required as the cadastral resurvey will prevent the land dispute and provide the land demander with the correct information on the national land so that it can get the national competitive power.
