Middle East has always been the most conflict area of the world, since it has an important geographical position in the middle of three main continents. Middle East has birth places of three main religions and rich energy resources which have been used sometimes as the causes of hegemony by the countries concerned. After the 11th September, now, Middle East has been witnessing another change imposed and applied by the USA after the occupation of Iraq. In the changing balances of Middle East, Turkey, as one of the main actors of Middle East, had to change her foreign policy towards Middle East. The Great Middle East Project, prepared and announced by the USA, pushed the all Middle Eastern countries to check their policies again, especially after the changes in the most basic balances of the region. Turkey is now trying to establish a new foreign policy towards Middle East, especially Iran and Iraq, much more independent from the USA domination.
Ⅰ. Introduction
Ⅱ.
