원효의 화쟁을 둘러싼 현대의 논의에 대한 시론적 고찰

Wonhyo's Harmonization, Is it His Thought or Logic? -Some problems found in recent discussions about his Harmonization-

  Wonhyo"s characteristic thought has been known as the "Thought of Harmonization(和諍思想)" And it is accepted as such a common theory that there can be no counterargument on such opinion. But it is questioned if it is an appropriate expression of the "Thought" of Harmonization. Instead of the "Thought" of Harmonization(和諍思想), the "Logic" of Harmonization(和諍論理) comes to be used. Most writings regarding Wonhyo"s Harmonization(和諍) explain his logical creativity. In a word, they assert his "logic" as his "thought". Consequently, these bring about many misunderstanding of Wonhyo"s thought. From this point of view, I examined some problems found in recent discussions about his Harmonization.
