The interaction between nations is getting more active and also each different culture influences on each other nations with culture contact. The purpose of this study is to gather information about domestic living of Korean immigrants in Canada for making a plan for people who have a multi-cultural background. For this, usage of domestic space and seating style of 32 Korean immigrant households in Canada were analyzed. Ethnographic research with questionnaire were used. Results of the research were as follows. 1. The most popular LDK type was the one which living, dining and kitchen were altogether at the same area and this was also the most desirable type for Korean immigrants. 2. They wanted to use the laundry for ironing and dry as well as washing. The average number of bathroom was two and half and they were satisfied with using the bathroom. The bathroom had no drain hole on the floor and it was not indispensable for most Korean immigrants. 3. They were sewing and ironing in master bedroom and they wanted to put these kinds of works out from there. 4. The seating style of them was belong to chair-seating style mostly but they were making Kimchi with floor seating style definitely. 5. They were not satisfied with using carpet because they thought that it was not good hygienically. 6. All of them were take off the shoes inside of the house for hygienic reason. They had shoes cabinet mostly and it was located in basement usually. 7. Heating system was forced air heating which is planned to supply for hot air on each room and most Korean immigrants were very satisfied with that. But more than half of Korean immigrants were using electronic blanket and they thought that Ondol was the most desirable heating system.
