The purpose of this study is to compare the sense of balance and the level of needs related to work and family between married men and women. In general, married men feel more balanced sense in work-family and more satisfaction to their marriage and job than married women.<BR> The need to practices and education related the work-family balance is mostly similar between men and women. But women need support of family members and family leave more than men. This results help to make family policy useful to dual earner families according to life cycle.
