&nbsp;&nbsp;A reliable business operation enables the members of an organization to pursue their jobs efficiently and innovatively within the organization, actively based on a trust in their management or boss, which enhances their work performance. Such a trust is determined by very complicated factors such as causal variables including fairness, consideration, ability, sincerity, observation of responsibility and obligations, and empowerment, and the one who trust&quot;s characteristics including the one who trust&quot;s personal characteristics, propensity to trust, and collectivism. The trust created in that way may affect the efficiency of the organization or organizational performance directly. or the organizational performance through parameters such as intention of cooperation or loyalty indirectly.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore, it is necessary for today&quot;s corporations to enhance reliability in the organization through a reliable business operation model as there is increasing uncertainty, and with this aim, it is also necessary to introduce various systems or reinforce training and education which may elevate fairness, consideration, ability, sincerity, observation of responsibility, and empowerment within the organization. At the same time. it is necessary to seek out ways to actively enhance a mediator variable which is the one who trust&quot;s propensity and collectivism. Furthermore, it was found important to control parameters appropriately so that the improved reliance level within the organization can be properly put into effect.
