우리나라 도료산업의 공동물류합리화 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Cooperative Logistics System of Korea - Focused on the Logistics of Coating Industry in Korea -

&nbsp;&nbsp;한국 도료산업은 훌륭한 물류공동화 시스템을 가질 수 있는 여건을 갖추고 있으면서도 각각의 기업들이 자체적으로 물류관리를 함으로서 고비용ㆍ저효율구조의 물류체계에서 물류비용 증가와 비효율적 물류관리를 야기 시키고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;따라서 본 논문은 물류비 절감과 효율적인 물류관리를 위한 도료산업의 물류 공동화의 모형을 제시하고 있다. 이모형을 구축하기 위하여 국내도료시장의 70%를 점유하고 있는 상위 10개 도료제조기업들의 물류기지들을 통합할 필요가 있다. 또한 물류공동화에 의한 통합물류관리시스템을 구축하기위해 상위 10개 도료산업 기업들을 중심으로 물류공동화 설립 및 운영을 위한 협의체 구성과 정부를 중심으로 산ㆍ학ㆍ정부의 협의체를 구성하여 물류정보네트워크시스템조성 및 물류기반시설 확충 등을 지원할 필요가 있다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The objective of this study is to suggest a way of reducing logistics costs, and efficient logistics management by the Cooperative Logistics System. The Cooperative Logistics System is that Two or More different companies cooperatively establish a Third -Party Logistics company for their logistics service in order to reduce logistics and have efficient logistics management.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study focuses on the logistics of coating industry in Korea. The coating industry of Korea has a high cost and a lower productive logistics management system, even though it has a good environment of the Cooperative Logistics System.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper presents a model of logistics cost reduction with the high productive logistics management. The model is a Cooperative Logistics System of the Coating Industry in Korea(CLSCI). The CLSCI is organized by the Top Ten coating companies of Korea with investing. Also, the CLSCI will be supported by Korea Government and Universities with financial, Taxes, and IT net work. The CLSCI will provide logistics service with the lower logistics costs and a high productive management to the Top Ten coating companies of Korea. Therefore, this model is a good way of reducing the logistics cost and efficient logistics management in Korea.
