물류설비인증(LS)의 활성화방안에 관한연구

A Study on the Activation methods of Logistcis Standadization

&nbsp;&nbsp;물류설비인증(LS)은 화물의 운송, 보관, 하역, 포장과 이를 연계하는 물류정보처리 활동에 사용되는 물품, 기계, 장치, 기기 등의 설비 중에서 국가표준규격과의 정합성이 유지될 수 있도록 표준화된 물류설비를 인증하는 제도이다. 그동안 정부에서는 물류설비인증을 통하여 물류표준화 관리능력과 물류표준화 설비확보의 수준을 높이기 위하여 노력하여 왔다. 하지만 개별품목인증에 의하여 정합성을 중심으로 평가되고 있기 때문에 물류표준화의 관리능력과 설비확보상태에 있어서 미흡한 점이 문제로 제기되어 왔으며 그중에서도 물류설비인증을 받은 업체에 있어서 물류표준화에 대한 교육 및 홍보의 부족과 설비확보에 대한 정보시스템의 구축이 미흡한 실정이다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구에서는 물류설비인증을 받은 업체를 대상으로 설문조사에 의한 실태조사를 통하여 문제점을 파악ㆍ분석하고 물류설비인증의 활성화방안을 모색하고자 연구하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The logistics Standardization is designed to certify the installations related to transport, storage, material handling and packing in the KS (Korean Standards).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The government has been making an effort to improve the ability of the logistics standardization management and the state of ensuring Equipment certification system. However, it exposes some faults in utility of certification and efficiency of logistics management because it is mainly evaluated by matching of individual items. Also, education and promotion about logistics standardization, which is for user holding logistics standardization, producer and leaseholder are not sustained constantly, and building an information system is insufficient as well.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is for analyzing the problem through research on the actual condition by conducting questionary survey aimed at companies certified logistics standardization. The main propose of the study is for seeking to revitalize the Logistics Standardization.
