大韓地籍公社 支社長業務의 革新方案 硏究

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사 지사장업무의 문제점을 도출하며, 도출된 문제점에 대한 혁신방안을 제시하는 것이었다. 이상과 같은 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 시간적으로는 2004년 1월 대한지적공사 출장소가 지사로 명칭을 변경한 시점부터 현재까지로 하였고, 공간적으로는 대한지적공사로 하였으며, 내용적으로는 대한지적공사 지사장 업무에 대한 문제점을 도출하고, 도출된 문제점을 효율적ㆍ획기적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 혁신방안을 제시하는 것으로 한정하였다. 본 연구의 접근방법은 역사적 접근방법과 행정적접근방법을 병행하였고, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법은 기술적(記述的) 분석방법을 사용하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;연구 결과, 대한지적공사 지사장 업무의 문제점으로는 첫째, 지사장 업무수행력의 한계 둘째, 지사장 업무 자체의 한계 셋째, 지사장 엽무와 관계된 혁신컨텐츠의 미비라는 큰 카테고리 하에서 세부내용이 제시되었으며, 이를 혁신할 수 있는 구체적 방안 역시 첫째, 지사장의 개인적 업무수행력 고취 둘째, 지사장 업무내용의 세분화 셋째, 지사장 업무의 대외 혁신컨텐츠 개발이라는 분류 하에서 세부 사항이 제시되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to derive the problems of branch director&quot;s duty in the Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation(hereinafter referred to as "KCSC") and is to show the renovation plans to change appeared problems efficiently. To achieve the above study purpose, the time boundary was established from the January 2004 when the KCSC changed the his name from a branch office to a branch, targeting KCSC. The contents were limited to derive the problems of director&quot;s duty of the KCSC and to show the renovation plans to change appeared problems efficiently. For the study method, an historic and executive approach was adopted, using literature and internet survey method for the investigation. Meantime, a descriptive analysis method was used for the analysis method.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As a result of the study, the problems of branch director&quot;s duty in the KCSC is first, the limitation of director&quot;s duty achievement ability, second, the limitation of director&quot;s duty itself, third, inadequacy of renovation contents connected with director&quot;s duty. This study show the renovation plans that can change appeared problems efficiently, first, inspiration of director&quot;s personal duty achievement ability. Second, ramification of director&quot;s duty, and third, development of international renovation contents of director&quot;s duty.
