&nbsp;&nbsp;vietnam law of family and marriage has the rules about basic principles, concrete norms of law based on following the basic principles are formed.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 1 : the marriage by the person’s agreement, monogamy system, the principles of equality between husband and wife.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 2 : fair marital relations are protected by the statues, are not discriminated without reference to whether they are international marriages or not.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 3 : all the children have the equal right of inheritance and also have the right of being raised and protected by their parents.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 4 : nation, society and a home take a responsibility of taking women and children into care. this principle protects rights of wife and children who are minors and their fair profits when divorced couple separates their common property.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 5 : husband and wife must follow the public policy about family plan.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;principle 6 : parents should bring up for children to be useful citizens in society. Children have to respect and keep up the parents. Grandsons should respect the grandparents and take care of them, and they have to support them.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;All the members at home should be interested in other members, and take care of each other, and help each other.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Marital problems between Vietnam women and Korean men need the concern of government and society. For making this come true, we think like that :<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First : Vietnam government and Korean government should conclude the judical agreement about marriage hurriedly helping each other.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second : the part of Vietnam should stipulate more reinforced conditions for international marriage.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Third : they(government and society) have to make bride-to-be and bridegroom-to-be know each other precisely.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Fourth : they should establish appropriate policy which could make more jobs or improve the recognition level.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Fifth : the government should improve the way of management about marital intermediary.
