유치원과 초등학교 미술교육의 연계를 위한 국가수준 교육과정 분석

The Analysis of the National Curriculum of Art Education for Articulation between Kindergarten and Elementary School

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 유치원과 초등학교의 국가수준 미술교육과정을 비교·분석하여 미술교육의 연계성 실태에 대한 보다 정확한 자료를 제공함과 더불어 이를 바탕으로 바람직한 미술교육의 연계방안을 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 본 연구를 위하여 두 교육기관의 국가수준 교육과정과 해설서를 바탕으로 미술교육과 관련된 내용들을 발췌하여 두 교육기관 미술 교육과정의 성격 및 목표, 내용, 교수·학습방법, 평가를 비교·분석하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;양 교육기관의 미술관련 교육과정 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1)비슷한 교육과정 성격과 목표를 제시하고 있다. 2)‘탐색(유치원) 및 이해(초등학교),’ ‘표현,’ ‘감상’으로 미술교육내용을 분류하여 유치원에서 초등학교로 갈수록 심화된 내용을 제시하고 있다. 3)모두 미술교육과정의 교수·학습방법으로 직접 경험, 다른 영역과의 통합교육을 제시하고 있으나, 유치원에서는 포괄적이고 간략하게, 초등학교에서는 분야별로 세분화하여 구체적으로 제시하고 있다. 4) 절대평가지향과 다양한 평가방법 활용 등의 비슷한 평가 목적, 척도, 방법을 제시하고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구의 결과는 국가수준 교육과정에 대한 객관인 비교·분석을 통해 양 교육기관의 미술교육 연계방안에 대한 기초 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to discuss the actual conditions of the articulation between a kindergarten and an elementary school and a plan for an appropriate articulation education, the purpose of this study was to analyze the National Curriculum in art education between kindergarten and elementary school. Based on the National Kindergarten Curriculum, the National Elementary School Curriculum, and the guidelines for both curriculum, this study also allowed exploration of the characteristics, goals, contents, teaching-learning methods, evaluations of the curriculum in art education in a kindergarten and an elementary school.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As the results of this study, the kindergarten and elementary school indicate (1) similar characteristics and goals of the curriculum, (2) more deeply contents from the kindergarten to the elementary school in the area of &quot;exploration(kindergarten)&quot; and &quot;understanding(elementary school),&quot; &quot;expression,&quot; and &quot;appreciation&quot; related to art education, (3) direct experiences and integrated education with other areas in teaching-learning methods of art education, and (4) similar and various goals, standards, and methods of evaluation for the quality of the curriculum and its implementation.
