This study aims to develop a creativity test for verbal talents. There are so many investigations on creative developing program for verbal gifts. But it is few that focus on test and judge materials for the creativity of verbal talents. So, I collected and compared current instrument materials for them, and observed their lessons to invent test procedures. I proposed a rough guideline for creativity test making. I expect this article will be helpful to make teachers to prepare their test materials.
